Block players waiting 10 seconds for the entire game to play

Just had an experience playing with GAIL_, she played the entire game waiting 10 seconds for every play, I know I can block her but I wonder if there is some kind of code to boot people permanently who choose to play this way

Funny, I've never run into GAIL. I wonder if it's Jimbo, using a new name? My experience with blocking is that it doesn't always work. Can't figure out why or why not.

Bernie Botnick I tried blocking someone recently and it said “over 500 blocked” as if I’d reached a limit — hilarious actually BUT there’s no way I’ve blocked 500 people.
