Ranked games & Cheating

- There seem to be ways to leave the ranked game in progress without being affected with a loss in the "ELO rating".
- A lot of abuse in leaving the game early so the partner gets full ELO boost.
- The way the ELO scoring works need to be reviewed in full.
- You can easily spot cheaters on the daily records page eg: https://worldofcardgames.com/spadesDailyRecords.html

Hi Holger Sindbaek: Any chance you can us IP addresses to obtain physical addresses and block any player in that area? Came across LaLiga in ranked spades this morning, cheating with his partner, named JSX. Then JSX quit, and Beggardesh sits right down. I imagine you'll find LaLiga, JSX (and likely Beggardesh) all have the same physical addresses related to the IP addresses. I did block them all but they'll eventually make new accounts, and it is mild to middling annoying. Look forward to a potential fix and in the mean time I think it's fair to ask you to block LaLiga and JSX for cheating. Beggardesh I am less sure of but I think he likely is LaLiga/JSX too.

The cheating is annoying and usually pretty obvious. I just block the players, but then they make new accounts and monikers, and well, the cycle continues. Wish there were a way to boot ranked game cheaters permanently.
